The exhibition’s title reflects the fact that many of the titles of individual works refer explicitly to colors within them. Other titles refer indirectly to colors, and still others lack explicit titles but repay explicit attention to the dimension of color, whether bold or subtle.

This exhibition features work by Peter Lyons, Zygmund Jankowski, Diane Ayott, Gabrielle Barzaghi, Susan Erony, Timothy Harney, Ruth Mordecai, Ed Touchette, and Aron Leaman, and the Gallery is very pleased to introduced ceramic sculptures by Gloucester artist Andy Matlow.

The Gallery will host a reception in celebration of the artists participating in the exhibition on Saturday, July 9, 5–7pm.

We are very pleased to be showing more work by artists Timothy Harney and Jeffrey Marshall and to be showing mixed-media wall sculptures by Kim Radochia for the first time.

The exhibition includes work made 1961–2019.

It’s not a showy start to the next six years — new signs are in progress, and I’ve been too busy putting this together to stop to tell you about it — but I am very pleased to introduce a truly excellent selection of new works of art to you, which will be on view through September 15.

  • 16 works of art, 15 of which I have not shown before.
  • 13 artists, 4 of whom I have not shown before.
  • 3 works from the 1970s, and one likely earlier.
  • Large and small; from $1,200 to $23,000.
