The Live Art Series is pleased to present To Whom it May Concern, a new work of movement theater choreographed and performed by UK-based choreographer Vincent Cacialano after ten days of residency at Movement Arts Gloucester MA (MAGMA), in collaboration with performers Sarah Slifer Swift and Seamus Swift. Interactive, physical, and at times absurd, the work collages humorous and poignant scenes, creating social commentary through irony, as the characters traverse wide-ranging worlds from town meetings to talk-shows, magic acts, and therapeutic culture.
Opening the evening will be a new short film “On Writing” from local artist Casey Buckles and a reading by Tim Castro. Running time approximately 1 hour. The evening will conclude with a reception and conversation.
$10–15 suggested donation at the door. The performance is at MAGMA, 11 Pleasant St, Gloucester MA.
